Tactics for playing as the Sylvan faction.

Guys, share your experiences. Do you level up Leadership for your hero (maximum level 22)?
If so, for which hero and in what situation?

I never develop Leadership for Elven heroes. I always level up Logistics, Attack, Luck, Defense, and Light.

I'm now considering leveling up Leadership and, accordingly, Retribution. But is it worth it?
Because for such a build, you'll have to give up something important, and you also need a lot of levels, which means you won't be able to level up everything.
