Who thinks that an army is unnecessary?

There are people who can control themselves and don't degenerate, and for such people, power like in the USSR is not needed. Unfortunately, most people are not like that; they cannot control themselves, they need someone to constantly be hitting them over the head, and perhaps a strong authority is needed for such people.
