Who thinks that an army is unnecessary?

Okay. Paid specialists, just like in developed countries. By the way, in Australia, you can only change a light bulb in the presence of a qualified electrician.

Abroad, people often suffer from senility. Not so long ago, in the UK, a person was deprived of their driver's license for driving a children's (!) electric car on their lawn, because they didn't have a license. Or, very recently, in the same UK, residents were banned from installing iron, sharp grilles on windows, explaining that potential burglars might get injured (!). So, there's no need to cite the West as an example, as it's mired in senility in terms of correctness and tolerance. It's good that things haven't reached such idiocy here.

And in general, normal people don't serve; they dodge the draft. That's why the army is full of stupid, uncultured people. If a normal person is unlucky enough to end up in this zoo, why shouldn't they treat these subhumans properly?

Because of this "stupid, uncultured" group that went to war in 1941, you now have the opportunity to sit on the internet and enjoy life. The army is not needed to teach people how to peel potatoes and sweep the parade ground, but to ensure that a potential defender of the country, in the event of war, can at least reload a rifle, not just in CS. It's another matter that the state of our army leaves much to be desired, but there's no other option. I hope that there aren't too many "mommy's boys" who would sell their country just to avoid serving in the army.
