I just watched an episode of this cartoon where Charlie had his kidney removed. There’s no doubt – Slonysh was Charlie.

And yes, if Kostyan has the same status as Slonysh (hers is “outsider”), then he’s either dead or a member of the Mafia/Man. He’ll have to be executed later, but for now, I think it’s better to look for a member of the Mafia or execute Hostor, the puppet master.
