Play as Axel.

The question is as follows. I've read the topics, understood a lot, but I would like to ask specifically about the hero Axel. Could you suggest a universal tactic, development path, and army composition for him? How should he be leveled up? It doesn't have to be a complete guide, just something to help me understand, and then I'll figure it out myself.
