Which monster do you like the most in Heroes 5 at level 5?

Hydras are currently the strongest, but I wouldn't call this an objective assessment. Warlock fans simply don't care about their opponents. In terms of raw power and efficiency, Liches are still better. I only played with Hydras in the campaign, and I almost never used them, either because my turn didn't come around or I just didn't know what to do with them. Liches, on the other hand, can attack an area, cast spells, and slash with their knives – that's always useful. Now, Warlock players will write about Hydras' ability to attack multiple units, their defense, their life level, hanging skulls, and regeneration, but with their low initiative, none of that will matter.
