Lord of the Rings vs. Ring of Darkness

Speaking of Perumov, from everything I've read about him, "The Ring of Darkness" is his best work, although it only stands out due to the well-developed world, which he simply expands upon. As fan fiction, it's not bad, but as a book, it's terrible. Some moments are interesting, for example, the plot is decent (honestly, I didn't realize they were the Rings of the Nazgûl). There's also the lack of a clear division between good and evil, and other things...
But his other books...
1) Each book contains a hint of Christianity, and it's a negative hint. In "I, Vseslav," they are the main antagonists, and in "Chronicles of the Rift," he subtly alludes to the Church of the Savior.
2) Perumov is not only Perumov, but also obsessed. Almost every book contains pornography. It's getting annoying! You think you're reading a decent fantasy novel, and then, suddenly, it's there again!
3) I'm annoyed by the attempt to create his own language in "Chronicles of the Rift." It's a meaningless collection of sounds, and the spelling is bizarre. Why write three vowel letters in a row in each word, based on the Russian "A" but with different diacritics?
Conclusion: "Chronicles of the Rift" is the last book by Perumov that I will pick up.
