Based on conversations with the participants, the following was revealed:

Stiky is busy with work, so he won't be able to participate, neither this weekend nor the next.

Alex has a wedding in May and all that, so he won't be going to Michurinsk, and therefore doesn't see the point in participating in the qualifying round.

Vigo signed up more for the sake of it; he doesn't really want to play.

Preds already has a quota, so he wants to play, but doesn't have much tournament motivation.

Nothing is known about Bonk, especially since he's not from Moscow.

In total, there are only 4 contenders for the quotas left - Stinger, Marcon, Vitalik, and Yama.

In this case, it seems reasonable to simply give these four the quotas and not bother with organizing a qualifying round.

Therefore, the conclusion is as follows: we will definitely not hold anything this weekend (19-20). We will postpone the decision until the next weekend.
