Based on conversations with the participants, the following was determined:
Stiky is busy with work and will not be able to participate, either this weekend or the next.
Alex has a wedding in May and other related matters, so he will not be going to Michurinsk and therefore doesn't see the point in participating in the qualifying round.
Vigo signed up more for the sake of it; he doesn't have a strong desire to play.
Preds already has a quota, so he wants to play, but doesn't have much tournament motivation.
Nothing is known about Bonk, especially since he is not from Moscow.
As a result, there are only 4 potential candidates for the quotas: Stinger, Marcon, Vitalik, and Yama.
In light of this, it seems reasonable to simply give these four players the quotas and avoid the hassle of organizing a qualifying round.
Therefore, the conclusion is as follows: we will not hold anything this weekend (19-20). We will postpone the decision until the next weekend.
