Please help with Hamachi.

I hope I posted this in the right place. My friend and I have a problem: we wanted to play Heroes 5 through Hamachi, but neither of us can see each other in the local network. What should we do? The Hamachi and Heroes versions match. What could be the problem?:(

Try moving Hamachi to the very top of the list of network connections using the green arrow:
-if it's Windows XP, go to the network connections folder, click "Additional" - "Advanced settings"
-if it's Windows 7, go to the Network and Sharing Center, click "Change adapter settings," press the Alt key, and then follow the same steps as in the previous case.
