1. Take the shortcut on your desktop (the skull in a cloak);
2. Right-click - Properties;
3. From the tabs at the top, select "Shortcut";
4. Find the "Target" line.
5. Let's say it says - "C:\Program Files\Buka\HoMaM III\Heroes 3.exe". Place the cursor at the end (after the quotes) and type: [space]/nwcgrail (note that the slash is turned in the OTHER direction).
6. Click Apply - OK.
7. Open the game through this shortcut, click [F4]. A CHEAT menu appears at the top (I think I don't need to explain what to do with it))).
