You're wrong. The probability that a serial killer will end up in the Mafia is lower than if they were in the Town. In theory, if you don't execute the Mafia, then you execute the serial killer. That would be better than a Nuclear Winter.

I already insisted on this in Mafia game #23, and I reiterate - the Seer also wants to win, they calculate who the Mafia are, and try to kill them...
