reply to the newbie, where is the Save folder located?

My Documents -> My Games -> Heroes of Might and Magic V — Tribes of the East -> Profiles -> *folder with your profile name* -> Saves

what should I do if the profile folder is missing, and there is only a "default profile" folder?
