It doesn't run like Half-Life 2; it's much more demanding, even on the lowest settings. I can play Half-Life 2 almost on maximum settings, with only slight slowdowns. But in Dark Messiah, I have to play on the lowest settings, and it still lags quite a bit. It's a fairly demanding game. To play it properly, you need at least a 2.8 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM, and a video card like a GeForce 6600 with 128 MB. I have a 1.7 GHz Celeron processor, 256 MB of RAM, and a GeForce 6600 with 128 MB...))) So, basically, I can play Dark Messiah only thanks to my video card:D

On the topic: The game is awesome! I like that the main focus is on physics; you can do some cool things with it. The plot is interesting, and the graphics are good.

You can't buy items in the game like in Oblivion... It's not one big world; you go through loading screens between locations, although it simulates a large world.
