DISCUSSIONS on “Rules for online games in HoMM3 and formulas for calculating player rating.”
Let's imagine this situation: red is running away from blue down the road. There's a fork in the road: a neighboring spawn point along the road with shifted guards and to the right along an unpaved road with double guards. Red decides to trick blue and runs along the unpaved road, breaking through 1 guard, hoping that blue will go along the road. And then blue asks, referring to this rule, and it turns out that this rule obligates red to reveal his location. A similar rule would be to report one's location at the end of each week, lol.
I suggest removing this rule.
I suggest rewriting it like this:
If a player did not see the opponent breaking through the guards, but for some reason believes that the guards were broken through, then he has the right to clarify this point with the opponent. The opponent, in turn, is not obligated to provide accurate information.
