Absurd! Quality is determined by parameters and abilities! There are no parameters, and the abilities are unknown, their effects are encrypted.

I understand that if a newly purchased hero attacks a level 20 hero, they will be completely defeated, or if a basic-level unit attacks an upgraded unit, they will be crushed. But if you take a level-for-level comparison, upgrade-for-upgrade, and then compare, what happens then?
If there are no parameters and no abilities, it's impossible!
