In European mythology, there are no ghouls; instead, there are vampires, werewolves, and a general collective term "undead" that applies to zombies, vampires, etc. What ghouls are you talking about in Heroes if they aren't there? Creatures from Arabic mythology, ghouls, serve as corpse-eaters, and there's no need to localize this original name. Next, you'll be saying they should create creatures based on Russian mythology.
