If there's a banker in your party, when you deposit money into the bank and then withdraw it, the interest rate with the banker is higher than without him. So you deposit and withdraw, and the money grows and multiplies. :D
Interesting thing, but I haven't had any money problems, and I also stopped depositing money in the bank when the bank went bankrupt in Might and Magic 8, and my 1,000,000 disappeared:( Since then, I haven't invested money in the bank, only old equipment that I'm too lazy to sell.
