Initially, it didn't have a dungeon or extra dwellings, and it was manageable on veteran difficulty... If you do everything in order and don't just rush in and try to defeat everyone head-on, it can be made easier. Is it really that difficult on a Warrior?
Let me explain my "ideology." There's an interesting map. If I want to spend a lot of time on it, while also challenging my mind, I choose higher difficulty levels. If, however, I just want to relax and focus on solving the map's puzzles, I'd prefer the battles with neutrals to be less stressful. Basically, the strategy is clear – for example, gather an army in the refugee dwelling, wait an extra week, replay each battle, striving for minimal losses, etc. But then it's better to just have fun by choosing that high difficulty level. I don't know if I explained it clearly; I suspect Divinora will understand me.
