Well, obviously, a city cannot occupy half of the map under any circumstances, and besides, a city is a city, that is, a large structure, although even the current cities are more like small settlements (compared to the size of the hero), but still closer to reality. By the way, we also don't know anything about the size of the maps in the new Heroes game.
