Pandora was definitely a Witch, I'm now sure of it. And Aziral, as expected, was a Conspirator. Judging by the explosion, a Mafia member ran into a Cannoneer at night. Since the Boatswain survived, and the Cannoneer's ability doesn't affect a Witch, the Conspirator must have been the one who killed. I'm betting that Morning was the Cannoneer, and Neira Drake was the Conspirator (especially considering the long wait for Neira, although it could also be a coincidence). It seems that the Mafia only has the Boatswain and the Witch left. At the same time, we definitely don't have any evidence against the Witch, and probably not against the Boatswain either – it would have been more beneficial for the Mafia not to send him on kills until a possible storm, to avoid early evidence. Plus, the evidence points to Neira Drake in the first night and to Aziral in the second and third. We currently have, as far as we know, the Captain, Treasurer, Navigator, Captain's Daughter, Cook, and Ship's Monkey still alive.
