Can someone explain the new bracket system, please? I have some doubts, is it just a random draw?

The winner of the upper bracket will face the winner of the lower bracket. Initially, everyone starts in the upper bracket, and all losers in the upper bracket will move to the lower bracket. Accordingly, those who lose in the lower bracket will be eliminated from the tournament. The one who wins the upper bracket in the final against the winner of the lower bracket will have an advantage (i.e., to win the tournament, they will need to win one game less).
I think that's how it should work.

I suggest the final should be best of 3.
