Firstly, during the week that the thread existed, anyone who wanted to should have had the opportunity to express their opinion. There are over a hundred responses, and the overall sentiment of the forum is clear and contradictory. It is clear that this time, users will not unite in defense of Valentin.
Secondly, the purpose of creating the thread escapes me. Judging by the quotes:

Thirdly, as was clear from the beginning, the thread contains an element of trolling, which immediately affected the posts. Some users have expressed themselves in a way that is more than enough for a ban. Now, it's just a complete flame war.
Fourthly, the anonymity of the voting raises doubts about the validity of the result. Here is a recent example:

Looking at Sevensan's registration date, it's 04.12.2010. That is, the user appeared on the forum after Valentin was banned and could not have interacted with him. Is such a user's vote equal to the votes of moderator Kesh or Dirty, who have twice unbanned Wlk?
Fifthly, if Wlk777 is unbanned again and, contrary to his words, returns to the forum, he should not expect immunity. For the next violation, he will receive more penalty points. All the moderators are tired of constantly cleaning up after him. So, before asking the Creator for another unban, it makes sense to think about whether it will be permanent and whether it will turn into a farce...

Regarding the topic itself. This is already the fourth or fifth ban.
From May to November 2010, the moderators of the section did not have the ability to assign penalty points for violations. During these six months, Valentin "accumulated" at least enough points for two full bans.
In November, as soon as we regained the ability to assign penalty points, I immediately warned about this on the forum. I also warned that penalty points would be assigned retroactively for particularly egregious violations. Valentin was not touched, knowing that he was already on 1 penalty point. The previous vote seemed to give him some kind of immunity. But every patience has its limits...
