I meant it all together, but FR is like an initial introduction to it.

And I always play as Necromancers. And I always win.

I've played as many different classes and always win.
And in general, all the mages are the same, the differences between them are small (in terms of specializations).

more complex saving throws against spells of that school, but I'm not sure.

in Icewind Dale, you can upgrade this for some schools.
