I have Heroes of Might and Magic V version 1.0, and Tribes of the East version 1.3. Are there any newer versions available?

What are the latest versions of Heroes available, and where can I download them? For example, I have version 1.0 of Heroes 5, and version 1.3 of Tribes of the East.
