Who is stronger, those who rely on swords or magic? (Follow-up to the poll: Who has sufficiently powerful magic?)

It seems strange to me that the Haven unit has a stronger attack than the Sylvan unit! The Sylvan troops are much better, in my opinion! Of course, if you turn the entire Haven army into Paladins, then only Griffins and Archangels will remain, and you can practice revenge against them!
