Easily! Any NNV could turn out to be taking someone out of the loop.
But this particular pair seems more suspicious to me. Because they don't behave like peaceful players trying to find the mafia. They seem completely indifferent to the investigation.

In the previous mafia game ("Tavern"), where Zubr was also the GM, they found the maniac and two mafia members based on one obvious clue.

And if the maniac was executed immediately (on the very first day, by the way), we also hesitated with the mafia members and waited for the second and third clues. The result was that they were eventually executed, but we had additional victims.
That was good, but I don't want that to happen again.
