Regarding Hamachi, there was a similar problem a couple of years ago. And as time went on, there were more and more people in Hamachi with whom I couldn't connect. There were two versions. The first is that my provider has a specific protocol that "doesn't work" with the protocols of other providers. The second is viruses or a corrupted Windows installation. It turned out to be the latter. Reinstalling Windows solved all the problems.
