Is it in their best interest to follow the wishes of users from an unknown heroes forum?

It's not that unknown. At one time, Nival Interactive collaborated with the founders of the forum. Who knows, maybe the guys at Ubi have heard of it. Although, of course, I doubt they're scouring the internet for creative input from ordinary users. So, a "people's game" is unlikely. But then again, who knows?
