Reports of online games and their confirmations (Winter season 2010-11).
The resources were distributed well; I invested 1246 in the Castle. On the first day, I freed Gunnar, level 5, from prison and made him my main hero. He immediately grabs the Shield of the Locusts, clears a couple of paths, and the situation becomes clear: the mine isn't close, but the center is even further away. I take the mine on day 117 and rush to the center – but the entrance is either through a difficult-to-find path or through a one-way monolith. But then Kirr appears and almost reaches Gunnar, who is moving quickly. I gather my troops and attack the blue army. Thanks for the game!
Yes, I didn't find the mine on day 1; I found the center and took the barbarian village on day 115. On day 115, the lucky scout found a hidden stash of single units behind the goblins; on day 117, I managed to take and buy it. I gathered some money in the mills, upgraded the elves and single units, but I didn't have enough money to buy everything. I only bought 3 horns. In total: 7 grand units, 23 grand archers, 30 kentaur captains, and 70 goblins from Pandora. I was looking for the path to the computer dungeon and decided that the one-way monolith near the village led to it, but I ended up with no movement points near the red player. I killed the scout, but I was 4 squares short of reaching Gunnar. He brought an army with a hidden stash of pikemen and archers and, with a defense of 12, left Kirr no chance. I rushed. Thanks for the game!
