So what’s not related to the map here? O_O
The map was uploaded before the new template was created. So, if the mapmaker couldn't redo the thread (maybe he doesn't play Heroes anymore or doesn't make maps) – would his map disappear?

Now about the poll:
- The poll is directly related to the map and helps it develop;
- If the poll is moved to another topic, and I can't do this myself due to functional limitations for this type of user, it will violate the integrity of the information, correspondence, etc., which will create conditions for a negative impact on the map;
- Based on the above, we can conclude, especially from what I highlighted, that the rule does not reflect reality, or applies only to moderators (the poll is deleted - but I can't do that), so I don't understand anything - I want someone to explain it to me.
