The only thing I didn't really like about this faction is the excessive muscularity. Regarding the excessive similarity between the unupgraded creature and the upgraded one, I also disagree.
But what else should orcs be like, certainly not weak and frail. The differences are visible in the art; as for whether some units will differ in battle, that remains to be seen...
