How can we increase the resource’s popularity?

This isn't much from one person, but if 100 people participate, plus we promote it on other forums, it will bring recognition (but there should be no coercion). It would be like poker! This would bring a couple of hundred more people to our Heroes of Might and Magic Online community, not just from the CIS region, but from all over the world.
