The specified rules are intended to make dissatisfied players express their opinions more quickly, because without a starting point, it can take a very long time to negotiate and agree. We've already been through this at the previous Moscow qualifier. If enough people want to play with chaos rules or another variation, there's no problem; it's not up to me to decide, but to you. Also, playing with a different version by mutual agreement was never prohibited.
