Nomination for “Contribution to the Development of the Heroes Community in 2010”

I believe it is absolutely unacceptable when the Vold award is given to someone who is not involved with Vold.

Why? Initially, this nomination was conceived as any contribution to the Heroes community, and it doesn't really matter where this contribution was made. Besides, when something global happens, there are topics about it on all resources.
