1. Yes, to some extent you are right — a fundamentally small pile of resources won't make a difference:) , but 10000 gold quite possibly will!..

I meant that there is no difference — EVERYONE starting simultaneously on the fourth difficulty or the fifth, because the AI plays the same and the conditions for development will be equal for all... Yes, on the fifth level there are no resources, so — nobody has any!.. And the level of play has nothing to do with it, you understand yourself that it won't change the amount of resources on the resp... :)

I don't mind! As long as the participants are happy! If there were 10 difficulty levels, I would reward 10 people!

Still, I disagree... :)

Firstly, if you were to propose right now giving a certificate to every second tournament participant — you would simply reduce its value to zero :) This is not a situation where the more, the merrier...

Secondly, how do you envision, for example, rewarding a single participant on the second difficulty level? What is the point of such a reward? It's all the same to you, but the "winner," I think, would feel awkward and resentful about wasted time, because such an award would also hold no special meaning for them... I am proceeding from the fact that currently, on average, no more than three or four people are registered per nomination.

By the way, it would be a good idea to indicate in advance, along with the application, who will play on which difficulty level. Why make a secret out of this? For instance, I would like to play on the fifth... But what if no one else wants to? Then I will play where there are more opponents... And if there is a risk of playing for nothing, is it even worth playing at all?..

After all, we're not playing for a certificate... :D

The only reason to hide this information would be to try to register for the nomination with fewer opponents — but then why even join the tournament at all? :)

We don't want to do the same thing as on other internet resources!

I didn't have that goal either... No one has managed to reinvent the wheel yet, and why even bother reinventing it?..
