Speaking on behalf of the fans, I can say that the location is very respectable, and there are Ёлки-Палки, Му-Му, and Грабли restaurants nearby, as well as a McDonald's. The dates should determine which players will participate; I will only say that February 23rd is a holiday, and if anyone can take days off on the 24th and 25th, we could hold the entire event in five rounds from the 23rd to the 27th.
