The venue is run by some good friends of mine, and they will treat us well, both in terms of technical support and general atmosphere (we can even bring our own food and have a picnic there). Smoking is allowed at the venue (which is important for some players; those who don't smoke can be seated at computers in a separate area). The venue has reasonable prices (60-70 rubles per hour, but I'll be negotiating tomorrow to get a better price, since we won't need internet access on all the computers and we'll be there for 2-3 days, so we can get a bulk discount). In general, the venue is simple (not a VIP lounge), but I think it will be suitable for our meeting and the game. All that remains is to decide on a date, starting from February 15th.
