Sacred Haven of Debauchery

Can anyone tell me why my file explorer isn't working? Well, it does work, but when I try to open a folder, it displays this message:

But if I click "open" in the context menu, it works fine.

I couldn't access the control panel for a while, a couple of hours this morning.

I was passing by Kazan. The train was full of shouting hooligans and bratty kids, so besides looking out the window, there wasn't much entertainment. By that time, there was less snow in the fields/on the roads/in the area, and it was getting brighter. First, there was a stop in a place called "ARSK," presumably a dacha belonging to Arandor. It looked like a pretty clean place (for a suburban settlement). There didn't even seem to be a beer stand there! That's strange! Then came Kazan. A clean, well-groomed city where it was unnaturally bright (at that moment) and clean (at the station). From the train window, you could see a fairly large part of the city, a huge mosque, neat houses, trees, GRANDMAS WITH PIES, MMM, A PEACEFUL LIFE FOR THE CITY DWELLERS... in general, a very suspicious place; I wouldn't be surprised if there was a secret chemical missile launch complex hidden there. I turned on the radio for a couple of minutes, and everyone was singing and happy, although that might be because of the upcoming New Year, but it felt unnatural. In general, the city gave the impression of a zombie town where no one wants to think about anything dark. Well, that's just my impression from looking out the train window.
