I fell for the external dwelling of the elves, on 113 a secondary dungeon, so by the second week 46 Grands.
On the first week I barely managed to get the horses in the Citadel, even bought the elves only on 117 so they wouldn’t disappear. On 121 I broke the gnome dwelling on 20, things got a bit livelier. I leveled up Oil. Naga Banks on 3 and on 6, plenty of money.
One Hive for 100+ gr. flies, pointless to take with scouts for sure, and the main hero going there is completely useless.
Spent a long time looking for hatches to the treasure zone under a layer of dirt; I finally found both. Kyrre went into the subway, and a scout revealed boots with an obelisk behind the diamond ones at the entrance to another treasure zone. On 127 I transfer the Grands there, break through the passage guard... and along with the boots there’s a sword +6, and a horde of diamond ones. No idea why I attacked them, because it was already day 127, I could have brought the horses and the growth for 131. In short, I lost everything I came with — 46 Grands and 40 Centaurs.
On 131 Hive +6 Wyverns (in the treasure zone), on 132 a full buyout with 3 dragons, and I went into a Dragon Utopia. I went in — but didn’t come out.

P.S. After a detailed analysis of my mistakes, I concluded that besides ГО, I should have restarted one route. Well, and the sword +6 probably would have helped in the Dragon Utopia, even though from the army there, nothing but the Grands would have survived anyway.
