I immediately noticed that two windows are launched, the second being a Windows command-line window that you constantly want to close. (At one time, a similar window appeared when launching Heroes3.exe together with NtSleep.exe, a kind of Berserker patch, and sometimes caused system freezes. Overall, there's a lingering negative impression). I think this is the price to pay for something. Although, in general, it's still inconvenient.

The hotkeys for the two 'Ok' buttons in the exchange manager have been changed from Esc and Enter to Enter and Shift+Enter.

In fact, I don't see any advantages. Moreover, the same Enter key is used in both combinations, and the function changes depending on the sequence of presses (1st or 2nd). This definitely creates stress: did I press it, and in the right order? The troop exchange manager should be extremely convenient and fast. This is one of the key game windows. For example, the left 'Ok' button, in my opinion, is a decorative element. It's still difficult to reach it. If it's going to be there, it should be placed parallel and symmetrically to the right one.
The focus situation in the troop exchange manager window is now completely confusing. Pressing Enter on the keyboard leaves the focus on the left (sending) hero, but pressing the 'Ok' button in the manager leaves the focus on the right hero. It would be better to leave everything as it was in the original SoD with an optional setting: the Enter key and the 'Ok' button leave the focus on the left hero, Esc (or another option for the right hand) on the right hero, and vice versa.
I'm still using the previous version.
