Question: How is a draw recorded in the game?

Practically, it doesn't happen. :o
I think that a draw should only be considered fair in one classic case: one player has an invulnerable unit/stats, and the other has unattainable control. All other "draws" are agreed upon; there can be many reasons invented: the death of both heroes, disconnections, desynchronization, etc. Although I usually complain and don't like draws, it seems there's nothing that can be done about this phenomenon. Specifically in this season:
1. 13v - Kill_Master
As I understand it, there was a violation of the rules by the winner, and the opponents decided to agree on a draw, and modestly keep silent about the violation. Oh well, but officially I don't know anything and can't force a replay.

The winner's conscience didn't allow him to post a victory after two auto-losses. Again, my "oh well" and old man's grumbling, but I'll count it. Let's hope this doesn't become a widespread phenomenon. It's better to get rid of the habit of taking auto-losses before it becomes ingrained; it's a bad habit
