What should you know first? There will be no specific game rules; you will have to understand them, as well as the essence of the game, as you play. Players can move around the locations by indicating this in the thread or by role-playing it in some way; after the first phase, all players will be where they indicated their location last, and those who did not indicate it may end up anywhere. The contents of the rooms and other things will be revealed as they are visited, and players can interact with objects. The game has two phases. The first, when a player can indicate where they will go, and the second, when they can no longer do so. The first lasts 12 hours or more; the second has a varying duration. The most important thing, as I wrote earlier, is that you must understand the essence yourself as the game progresses.
Let's try it in general.
... So, let's go back two weeks: On the eve of the New Year, a festive hustle and bustle reigns in the streets of your cities, and, unfortunately, a New Year's atmosphere spoiled by slush. This inspired twelve people to celebrate the new year in a different way, and they come across an advertisement in the newspaper offering to celebrate the holiday on a small island where it is always summer. Each of them gathers all their remaining savings, buys a ticket there, and packs their bags. At the designated place, they were met by employees of the organizing company and taken to the island by yacht. It was small but luxurious, with excellent service staff, so the vacationers reached their destination in complete comfort. Hot European girls kept the male part of the crew entertained, and the female part also had their own entertainment, probably...
Leaving the yacht, their unprotected eyes were blinded by the bright sunlight. Who needs sunglasses in winter, right?
The first thing they saw, after their eyes adjusted to the blinding sun, was a bus and two men standing near it. One was a stocky man in a black suit and neatly styled hair; the other was wearing sweatpants, a jacket, once white but now gray from dust, sneakers, and a cap; he had a cheap cigarette in his mouth (as they later found out, he was the driver). The man in the suit, to the left of which was the beach, beckoned the travelers to come closer, waving his hand at them. When they approached, he introduced himself:
- Hello, I am Eordel Eerkraftain, the organizer. It's nice to meet you.
The arrivals responded in kind, which made the organizer shake/kiss 12 hands. This embarrassed the organizer, as he thought that a symbolic greeting would be enough.
- Please, get on the bus; I'll show you the island.
A little later.
- We are now on the western street; besides the beach, which you have undoubtedly noticed, there is an old five-star hotel here, which, unfortunately, is no longer in operation... The southern street is the main entertainment area of the island; here you will find a shopping center, an amusement park, a drive-in theater... In the eastern part of the city, there is a magnificent tropical forest, as well as an incredibly beautiful pond. The northern part, which contains only an airstrip, is not of interest to us, so we will immediately go to the center – to my estate.
Upon arrival, the guys discovered that there was no security or any other staff, just as there were no people on the street during the trip.
The first place they went was the living room, which contained several sofas and armchairs, a home theater, and a dining table. On different shelves, you could find statues of ancient Greek gods and video discs of various contents.
Eordel Eerkraftain spoke again:
- I think you are tired, so I will leave you. I will be in my office. You can visit the dining room, the gym, the kitchen, the bar, your rooms 1-12, and the game room. The estate also has a basement and a surveillance room. It should be noted that everything that happens on the island is monitored from here – Eordel laughed – have fun! Oh yes, if you have any questions, I can answer them, but only one from each of you.
