Discussion of the Necropolis faction.

Why would the Spinners demand money to change their combat form?;) It seems to me that they would primarily change their form during battle. Another option: in the army or in the city, but for free. The question is how this will be balanced: spending an entire turn on transformation is not the best option :(.
