To avoid being a low-class power gamer, I chose dominance instead of omnipotence, like many others. At first, I was thinking – telekinesis or invisibility? Telekinesis is useful in everyday life, and telekinesis of one's own body can replace flight or levitation. But it's noticeable and, frankly, not as useful as it might seem. You can do a lot with your own hands. Invisibility is wonderful, but it's not very useful in everyday life. It helps you avoid standing in line for a beer, avoid getting caught, and do whatever you want.
And then the thought shifted to dominance. Of course, it's unlikely to be useful for a hermit, but the usefulness for a civilized person in society is hard to overestimate. Many of the things that invisibility allows you to do can be done officially. You can also build a psychic amplifier and take control of people's minds. Or order the president of your country to attack another. You can prevent nuclear missiles from being launched. I recommend this option.

Well, and again, let's say you wake up on a Tuesday and are going to school to your beloved 7th grade B for a math test. Will teleportation help you much here? Or time travel? Will you conquer worlds? Unless you can sleep longer, because you don't need to spend time on the road. Yes, that's valuable, of course. I don't like traveling. How much of life is wasted on all sorts of trips? Something like a little less than a quarter?
But that's all. Just sit and write the test.
