Heroes (Movie)

Watched a couple of episodes. It's kind of confusing.

This series has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the Heroes of Might and Magic series. Just because you see the word "heroes" does that mean it's Might and Magic? Then Spider-Man, Batman... are they all Heroes of Might and Magic?
P.S. This series is not related to Heroes of Might and Magic in any way; it's silly to link or compare them.
