Yes, it seems the Nagas won't be living in the jungle – at least, ice maidens in the tropics look strange. Perhaps the autumn plains will be designed in an Asian style (sakura trees, bamboo, rice paddies) and will have many small bodies of water – ponds and lakes. Then the Nagas could live there.
