It was.
On turn 111 I take the 40 crocodiles for 25 AP eyes in a Pandora's box. I rejoice.
On turn 113 a secondary hero gets Conflux, I kill 40 Pegasi for a Dragon Fly Hive — there's a horde, I don't go in. I take an external dwelling of Air Elementals, [send] them into the portal.
Then I run to my opponent, take his swamp, go down into the underground. Along the way a couple of Griffin Conservatories (2-4), I didn't bother going in.

I grab the opponent's barbarian and [also] a level 2 Griffin Conservatory there. I bring up a hundred Centaurs and Troglodytes and attack. His stack of Demons was stronger :)
