Still, this is too objective an indicator, leaving no room for choice. So, I will try to reason, setting aside this recommendation.

I would call a devoted hero of the forum someone who has brought the most benefit to the forum and continues to do so. On the one hand, this could be the Creator, who, in general, started everything in the Heroes World. But I would like to put a special emphasis on the word "devoted." There is one person who regularly visited and still visits this forum. He was one of those who made a significant contribution to the development of the forum, which in a sense makes him a hero of the portal. And he has repeatedly demonstrated his loyalty to the forum. Not always was it perceived positively by forum members, but who said that a hero must be perfect and not make mistakes? His cause was undoubtedly right, even if the implementation sometimes faltered. I hope that, returning under a new nickname and taking a break from all these silly forum intrigues, he will once again contribute to the development of HW and further justify my vote.
