Instead of trying to delve into a person's mind and look for flaws (find and expose - "here it is, and we said he was a jerk," which leads to feeling superior [if someone is worse, then I must be better :) ] - in my opinion, this is the motive behind these searches, ironic mockery, and accusations - to expose a person, to prove to others, to himself, and to that person that he is "crazy." (I'll say it again, everyone thinks about others to the extent of their own corruption) wouldn't it be better to first delve into your own mind and remove the log from there? :)
Everyone looks at this world through the prism of their own mind - the state of the mind determines the conclusions a person draws.
